Cluster

[🚧WIP🚧] Cluster visualisation Jupyter notebook tool.
Requires the dataviz38 conda environment.

TODO

All computation timings are done with the HTS_libraries_all_v6_PCA_no_structure.csv file

  • ✅ Plot 3D cluster (~1min)
  • Speed upgrade using dask
  • Interactive graph
